Yeah I know it's normal to be reported to all 3 but for some reason they're claiming it's being reported but EX has no record of it.
Do you have a large/extensive credit file? I don't know if Experian has this issue, but my TU file was split into 4 files, and it was kind of random which of the 4 accounts were appearing on. I had to call TU and get it merged back into 1. Are you missing any other accounts on EX that you think you should have? Or, if you order a paper copy from them, does it look the same as what you see online? (That was my clue - I was missing a car loan and a couple other things online, so I ordered the paper version and it showed me the 4 different files)
Just as an extra data point - My 2 credit cards and previous car loan all report to all 3.
Good luck getting it resolved!
