Is Navy Federal currently a soft pull for credit limit increases? I have seen some posts suggesting such. Not sure what the details are or if it is still ongoing.
It is for now. More info can be found here:

I just called Navy to find out. I haven't had a CLI for more than a year on my Flagship Rewards card, so I thought I'd call and ask for one.
The Navy CSR told me that customer-requested CLIs always result in a hard inquiry. Like many credit card issuers, Navy does a soft pull of your credit every month. If the system deems you eligible for a CLI, it will offer you one without a hard inquiry. But the only way you'll get a CLI with a soft pull is if the system offers you one without you asking.

Navy has been SP for all CLIs since Dec 2019.

Yes, for all Navy-initiated auto-CLIs. According to the CSR, if a customer requests a CLI, it's always a hard inquiry.

No it has been a SP for the last few months when initiated by card holder.

Interesting; in that case, I'm going to call NFCU again. Perhaps a different CSR will have a different answer! But the one I spoke with earlier today was quite emphatic that all CLI requests initiated by a card holder would result in a hard inquiry.

@ridgebackpilot ... I have an $8000.00 SP to prove it! (I Initiated it)
You can read if you would like, tons of DP's on it being SP since Dec. 2019
