Navy Fed switching my name on CR

I noticed that EX is showing an Aka on my CR with my first and last names switched, so it's showing Jones Mary as my aka. Has anyone else had this happen? It's not showing on TU or EQ like that. EX put in a request to remove it, but if NFCU reports like that again it will just come back.

some how i got my wifes last name on AKA

i think this is happening to me, too.  i didn't try to match it to a certain account, but i did notice EX was reporting my name is Y,X in addition to X, Y.  weird!

Same for me as well but not sure who is reporting it like that cause all my credit cards go by first then last name.

The only way I know it's Navy is because the rep at EX told me. I guess if Navy does that, there's nothing I can do to fix it.
