Got an AE JetBlue card last year, my statement had member since date of 1996 but the card said 2013, called and asked for new card with 1996 date, they sent new card with backdate right away

my card MSD was 13,after my BCE approval last year, it change to 95 in about a week later, i ask a card with emv chip, they sent me a new card with mds OF 95
it may take a week or so to get msd updated, i would wait a little while before calling
I requested my MSD change via an online chat before my cards arrived.
Check your MSD online once you're set up. Neither my nor my wife's initial BCP cards were dated correctly. MSD, however, was correct online for both of us and the replacements had the correct date.
I am having trouble adding the cards online, so I will call them today and ask them to help out. I was able to set up the online account, but couldn't add any cards....maybe I should wait 24 as it said it would be ready within 24 hours....no worries. Still happy about the approvals.
Yes, wait a day. My understanding is that it usually takes a business day or two for them to create the TL account for you.

Thanks. I just set it up yesterday...I will try again tomorrow; I just got an email saying my BCE was on the way. What about my PRG? J/K....I am just so worried that they are going to say "nevermind" or "we made a mistake" LOL
