Re: New Subprime Card: Lendup Arrow Card Visa?

I received a pre-qualified mailer. I applied and they did a hard pull on my Transunion and approved it for a no annual fee Visa with periodic reviews for credit line increases. Seems very transparent and a good alternative to other high fee rebuilder cards.

Thank you for sharing the data point! If it's not too sensitive, would you share your FICO score and credit limit they gave you? Thanks!

They pulled Transunion for me as well. The only thing I'd say is a downside is that they don't allow you to transfer balance to the card right now. Other than that it looks like a great basic card.

Re: New Subprime Card: Lendup Arrow Card Visa?

No problem. My bankruptcy discharged in July. My Fico for Transunion is 606 and my starting credit limit is $800 with no annual fees.

Have a good day!

Re: New Subprime Card: Lendup Arrow Card Visa?

I received an invitation to apply for this, which I did last month. I was denied. TU score 630-ish at the time. No late payments at all, lots of good accounts, but 3 collection accounts on my TU. CK says my TU util is 9%. Don’t have a letter with why I was denied yet, but maybe inqs (I have around 8 this year) and new accounts (quite a few this year.)

I'm sorry you were denied! Please let us know what your letter says! (And don't forget to grab that free credit report!)

I don't need it at this point, but I got an email about a new card that was hand picked for me, LendUp Arrow Card Visa. (I'd do a screen shot of the email, but I have no way to post it from my mobile.)

DETAILS: --Flashy if moderately descriptive name? Check.
Annual Fee: $59 --Up front, i'm sure. Read the manual on this one, folks. This train does not stop at this station.
Purchase Rate: 29.99% variable APR* --This shouldn't matter to folks who use credit responsibly, so i'll let it fly.
Build your credit history - payments are reported to the major credit bureaus --Yes, this card does what every other revolving credit line does. Whoop.
No security deposit required --With terms like these, One should hope not.
Transparent terms and conditions - all upfront, before you even apply --Because we tried it the other way before and got a slap on the wrist.
No interest on purchases if your balance is paid in full each month --CreditOne evangelists, stay away. Interest teaches responsibility. Smiley Wink
No over-the-limit fees --Because your card will be declined if you ain't got that chedda'.
All the coverage of Visa - accepted globally and zero liability fraud coverage --We have contractual obligations to meet.
Free credit education to help you use credit responsibly --Free for those who pay our annual fee.

Has anyone else heard of the card? At least they won't charge interest immediately after purchases like some other subprime cards. I thought I knew about all the main subprime cards at this point...

FTFY.
