Finally got my letter the other day, so I guess I'm in. Didn't bother to read the whole details on terms, so i would hope quick cash remains. But no big loss if not. All my Wlamart purcahse have to be online as I don't have a store nearby. By the time I travel to one, I've wasted the $20 cashback i can get on the gas to get there. lol
TBH I may just close it now that I have the CFU.
I got my letter the other day as well.
Do we have any details yet on what the new rewards program is supposed to be like? I also live too far away from a Walmart, so my purchases are online, and the 3% cash back has been decent. I hope that aspect of the rewards program doesn't get butchered...

Now that Walmart is under Cap1 is it a CRA trifecta? Cappy loves to shake the Bureau trees.

An official announcement on that hasn't been made so I would just stay tuned until they provide such information.

It appears you may not have fully read or become familiar with their recent transition disclosures @firefox100. Not sure that there's any basis that supports your statement since it's already been mentioned upthread. Under the section titled "THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS CARD", there's a FAQ disclosure about Quick Cash.
Plus, there are other options, since you already have a Discover card and the Quick Cash feature as also available.

So if you dont have a letter from capital one does that mean your card will be closed ?
Not necessarily. More than likely SYNCB would continue to service those accounts and provide more information on how they would be handled. That said, it appears most of the communications are staggered in waves since I just received mine last week.
Anyone recently app post Cap1 takeover? Looking for an update as the garden has been elusive. The one deterrant is the triple banger HP waiting in the shadows for its next victim.
I frequent infrequently but it is usable to an extent for convenience.
Cap One hasn't taken over yet.
