Re: NewEgg Credit ??

I got mine a year ago.  I bought microwave oven and got 12 months deffered interest which I just paid off.

Gave me a $5600 CL, which is huge considering my credit of a year ago.

Offered by Webbank,  Powered by Bill Me Later.      Tradeline is hidden.

Very happy with it.

If you already have a BillMeLater, you can use that with deffered interest deals rather than getting an extra account.

Thanks for the replies! I'll checkout Tiger, too. Love that it's hidden so it doesn't affect my util. Smiley Happy

Re: NewEgg Credit ??

I'm the opposite I wish it would report since I have a 2.4k line which would look nice in my current mix.

I'm quite proud of myself since i've only used about $300 for that line and that was for black friday 2010. Maybe because the APR is so high.

It's a good card.  It's issued by CIT bank.  It's not the easiest card to get though, I wouldn't apply with out at least a 680.  They pull Equifax 95% of the time, have seen an instance of a TU pull but bet on Equifax.  It does report everything.

Not incorrect but they now go by the name WebBank (formerly known as CIT).

Re: NewEgg Credit ??

WebBank (formerly known as CIT) also has the Dell CC.

Where do you apply for credit with NewEgg? I checked their site but couldn't find a link, unless I overlooked it.

Open a regular account, then log in and click "Newegg Perferred Account".

By the way if possible build your own computer. Typically with prebuilt computer you are paying premium for support, nothing else.

Re: NewEgg Credit ??

Build a computer? I wish! Non-techie here, guys! The DC (or is AC?) power goodie that the AC adapter plugs into is loose and needs to be replaced. If I were a techie, I'd be able to just buy the part and replace it. Instead, when I got a quote for repair, they said that they have to take my laptop apart since the the DC power thing attaches to the motherboard, and I might as well just get a new computer.
