So far I have had my chase freedom for 11months, going to be 1yrs inabou a week. I sent chase sm, and called csr to have my freedom converted to a sig. I was deny 12 times... 8 phone calls, and the rest secure messages. But thankfully someone on this board gave me the EO number. I called Friday night but it was after hours left a voicemail. I got a call this morning from the EO, just asked for my income again... And was approved for the upgrade to visa sig on the spot.. She apologize for the many calls, and compliment how I been making good payments with chase. I should receive the new card in 7 days, and she said if I didn't I should call her back lol. But yeah EO is the way to go..
That's nice! Another EO success story.
