Opinion on BILT Mastercard with 684

So my Experian FICO 8 is currently at 684.

Here are my data points

Credit Usage - 28% (Including AU accounts)

Credit Age - 1 Year 4 Months (12 year 6 months on AU account)

Late Payments - 0

Inquries:

Experian - 0/6, 9/12, 13/24

TransUnion - 2/6, 9/12, 18/24

Equifax - 0/6, 2/12, 3/24

What do you guys think? Should I have a go at the BILT Mastercard?

What is your utilization percentage without the AU padding?

Do you already have any open deposit accounts or credit cards with Wells Fargo?

54%, WF just declined the application for high debt to income ratio. Not sure if I should lower my utilization to under 30% without AU and then applying again.

With AU - 27%
W/O AU - 54%

Since they're going to disregard the AU accounts, and strictly look at your accounts it certainly wouldn't hurt to get your aggregate utilization under 29%.

Yep.  No guarantee that would get you over the hurdle but it's a step in the right direction.

I'm just a little worried about recent inquires since WF is known to be inquiry sensitive.
