Orchard Bank EO Question

I am really trying to both whack this annual fee and move off $300.00 - but I just need a quick 2-part question answered if anyone could help:

1) Is the Orchard EO email the same as ol' Dickey Fairbank?

2) What specifically would be a tactical (yet effective) approach to asking for a CLI - shoot way high, accept low?

Anything to work with is appreciated

AFAIK members have been going though Cap1 EO for OB cards so I assume that email should be OK for it.

Mine was a SP, was expecting HP from what I've read though

Mine is a $300 and I wouldn't waste the possibility of a HP on that card.

My Orchard bank card was great 2 years ago, it still serves a purpose, like Netflix and Hulu monthy charges. Outside of that it hasn't seem daylight in a year.

My DH got his APR reduced, and AF waived but they gave him the ol 'at this time we are not offering CLI's '. It was quick- 1 email
