Hello. When yall PC a Platinum to a QS do they give you the 0% intro offer too?

Usually sign up offers are for new customers only, but obviously I can't speak for Cap1.

I just recently PC'd my quicksilver one to a quicksilver, and I was not given the signup bonus, so I would say no you won't get the signup bonuses since it's not a new application.
