PC question - want to change my QS1 to QS

So I want to PC my QS1 to a QS.

I have never called any backdoor number or anything.

What do I say?

Sorry you guys I feel like this is a dumb question!

Do I have to have a reason? (No annual fee?)

Background/data points:

5/26 (yes 4 days ago) I just applied for a Venture card after they would not give me a CLI on my $3250 QS1.

I was approved for the Venture with a 15k starting limit.

EQ 705 TU 722 EX 704 (TU went up 6 points since the triple pull, others are the same)

Should I even bother?

There is a thread with a link here that will let you upgrade online if eligible. It took me over a year to upgrade from qs1 to qs. Now i am wanting to change to the savor lol

It will tell you if its possible to upgrade your QS1 to QS.

I just hit that link and pc’d my qs1 to the venture one no annual fee card.  Make sure you put in for any cli if you have one available before you product change if you are eligible.

Note that if you're interested in the Savor card, PC offers won't appear via that link. You'll need to call in or chat.

When calling or chatting, simply ask if there are any upgrade offers that would allow you to lose your annual fee.

I clicked the link and I am eligible to PC to a Venture One, which I'm going to pass on since I just got the Venture!

I'll keep checking back.

Also, if this card has been "bucketed" as a started card would that follow me with the PC?

How often can you do this?

I just recently(march) upgraded Platinum to QS1, w$59 AF. I'm curious if I can PC it again, and howsoon it could be done? 

When I checked the link recently, it didn't so anything but take me to the homepage. lol

Back in April I noticed my Platinum had an offer to go QS.  I inquired if by chance I could PC my QS1 instead and was told no, so went ahead and did the Platinum.  Afterwards was told that I should check back on the May 25th, since that was my anniversary to see if the QS1 would then be eligible for any PC.  

Then again, the lady I was talking to didn't seem to be all there.  I kept having to re word and ask the same questions over and over and over again before I got an actual answer to what I was asking and not to something totally off base.


EDIT:  Mis-read the original question.  So my response may not be totally relevant.

I believe I've read here that there's a six month period before product-change offers reappear. But that would be on a per-card basis; one card wouldn't affect another. Also note that for some cards, offers to PC never appear at all.
