amount of new accounts or inq and your good. They are easy to work with in my experience. If you are good to them
they are good to you.
My DTI is stupid low just because my actual bills are fairly limited...
I have 2 recent inq (last 6 months) though one is from joining PSECU.
The other was a few weeks ago when I got 2 Amex cards, a charge and a credit card on same inq, but they won't show up on my report for a month or two.
The rest of my inq were either from last December or earlier.

If you have no baddies, and not too many recent inquiries then i'd give it a shot.
When i applied they gave me the smackdown because i had 4 new accounts within the last year and about to 10 inquiries (5 from when i had recently purchased a vehicle)
How many recent inquiries do you have?
I had 22 at the time.
My thinking is that they consider DTI and your score. I would app for it. Hopefully you don't
get pushed in review, they get a little more critical if it goes into review.
They are very critical of DTI...I got denied because my rent payment was high compared to my income.
