Due to a refund amount on the closing date, my credit card had a negative outstanding balance and it was posted to the last statement. I want to know that if a negative balance statement has a bad effect on my credit score? Because I heard that zero balance is not good and a utilization ratio of below 10% is best.
Thank you.

Bankers might conclude you have so much money that you are loaning back money to the lenders themselves. They will be understandably horrified.

Negative balances are reported as zero on your CRs. This should not be a negative factor unless all your accounts/tradelines are presently reporting a zero balance on your CRs.
FinStar is correct, a credit or negative balance will report as a zero balance. While it's been stated that a score may drop if all balances are zero, unless you are applying for something soon your utilization is just a snapshot; you have plenty of time to change the %
I just have only one credit card. That means my credit score will be affected . How can I do now ?
scores flucate all the time it will go back up once a balance reports like a small balance.
