My father has a few cards that have been around for several years. If he adds me as an authorized user on one or two, will they report to my credit? Additionally... will they report as being opened those several years, and boost my AAoa? What about credit lines/limits?

It will help your credit assuming there's nothing negative about those accounts on file (such as lates).
Most lenders will now just report you from the date you're added, so it may or may not help your AAoA, depending on who is reporting and how they reported it. However, when you're applying for credit, some lenders do not factor in AU accounts.
Lenders will not issue you a limit similar to the credit lines that you are AU on solely due to that fact. You have to work for your own CL.
Discover reports the account open date. Not the AU add date. That's the only lender I have experience with has an AU though.
