Re: Question about cap one cli

If they recently unsecured your card "technically" they just gave you a increase in your limit....Since they are extending credit to you unbacked by your deposit..... If I'm correct I tried to do what your asking when i product changed to a QuickSilver and they said I had not enough time with current credit limit.... I would give it 3 months or so and begin asking for a limit increase every 3 months..... I've had success most times doing so... At the end of the day it's a soft pull for a increase so it doesn't hurt if your feeling antsy....Smiley Happy

Capital One is stingy! Most likely you need to wait six months between CLI with Cap1. Since you just graduated to unsecured you most likely will not get CLI as that was considered when you graduated. If the luv button is available then you could click on it as it is a SP when you use it.

Re: Question about cap one cli

Cap1's policy is 6 month's between each approved CLI. Otherwise, you can ask everyday until they give you one if you want. So, count 181 days from when you got your credit steps increase on the secured card and that's your date. I've PC'd a card and got a CLI less than a week later. The only Times anything counts towards the 6 month time limit is the credit steps increase, a CLI, or when you combine 2 cards.
