Question on Zync Rewards

Just had a general question on how soon do you get to see the points you accrued from the Zync or any of the Amex Charge cards?  I opened the Zync card back in early December but have used it heavily and PIF obviously even before the first statement dropped.  I still see the rewards balance at 0?  Am I to assume it takes a couple of billing cycles for them to start reflecting?  I also did add 3 of the packs to get the 2x points on other things as well.

Thanks Smiley Happy!

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

I could swear I clicked on that banner that said apply to get 10,000 points. Seems like I will never get it.

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

Halos, I had exactly the same concern.  Valid question.  I'm still waiting for my first points to appear, and I opened my account back in November.  Smiley Sad

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

Well when I called prior to my statement dropping they CSR told me that I would of seen them after my first statement dropped.  Mind you I was calling because their website prohibits me from making payments every so often!  I was trying to PIF the balance statement which was about $893, any ways he said oh when the statement is available... hmmm now I really do not want to call every day.  I will wait one more statement and see. I also want to see my bonus rewards for opening the card, and I have made several purchases on the card already Smiley Very Happy!

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

There is a link on the Am Ex site where you can see "tentative" points (i.e., earned points that have not been posted to your account as yet.)  But I don't recall how to get there.  It took me a good 406 weeks to see the points show up.

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

As far as payments go you have to wait 30 days after you add your payment account online/make first payment online before you can make a payment every day/

Re: Question on Zync Rewards

I opened my Zync in August and I still don't have my 10k points. I will call them after this next statement cuts if they are not on there.
