Quicksilver here I come!

Been harrassing CapOne almost every week now on how I've been a Platinum member since 2011 and still have not received any offers to upgrade my card.

 

I guess the harrassment worked after constantly asking rep to note my account with displeasurement of their service.

 

Did another chat today and finally an offer to upgrade my card to the Capital One Quicksilver! Grabbed that in a heartbeat..

 

Finally will able to take advantage of the current offers.

Goal: FICO Scores 800+. Started at 588 last yr.
Current FICO 8 Scores as of 05/03/18: TU: 724 - EQ: 735 - EX: 711

Thank You! Definitely an upgrade to what I have. from 1% CB to 1.5% CB and from $39 AF to No AF.
