Any concerns about splitting files or getting kicked to the curb for CR manipulation?  Or is that only for TC people to worry about?

I haven't heard of that happening with CS, but I haven't read everything.  I've checked TC daily for at least the past 3 months and nothing strange has happened.  I haven't been banned and I'm definitely not trying to manipulate anything.  My credit report is now accurate (thanks to fixing the $1 derog) and I'm even living with a few lates.  I'm not disputing anything at all - not even asking for GW. 

If I can't sell my house I have to refi and turn it into a rental, at the same time I close the loan on the house I'm building.  My loan people were fine with what's on my CRs so there's no reason to manipulate, at all.  I'm doing my job by keeping track of util and keeping my nose clean.

I don't know about your concerns of split files or getting banned for CR manipulation.  I usually pull a new report from CS every two weeks.  I have been doing this for quite some time.  Had my identity stolen back in 1999, and I will always be on the lookout for ID theft. 

No problems so far.  Just want to make sure all the info reported is mine and that it is all correct.

I've known about this, used it a few times. Think it's better to go to the CRA's site with an actual old report number and get in that way. Have had no problems with this method but only use it about once a month, mostly to monitor softs.

Thanks Scout and Peas, I use TC weekly and have heard some bad things about too many pulls in a short amount of time.
