I received an invite for the Freedom Unlimited (actually received two) both invites has a fixed APR and Opt Out verbage. Is this a pre-qual offer? I havent received any pre-qual offers online from them, so Im wondering if the mail offers are true pre-qual offers.

As long as the return address isn't in Nigeria, sounds pretty good to me.
I got a text yesterday about my Wells Fargo account. Apparently there was some problem with the login info and they helpfully gave me a link in the text to click to login. The link began with wel1sfargo.com and had things after the .com so was obviously completely genuine. Now I don't have a WF account that I know of, but with recent history its possible that I do, so good to know they are being proactive....
I am pretty sure Chase does not offer fixed APR on credit cards any more because of law. All their APR's are now variable. You might have meant that a single APR was stated instead of the range. If there is a single APR then you can guarantee acceptance via the offer even going around 5/24.

Yes, it was a single APR listed as opposed to a range.
Thanks for the clarification.
Also- I was surprised to get this mailer (actually 2) because nothing shows up on their pre-qual site. Im currently at 5/24 and one account is under 6 months.
