Yeah that's similar to what happened to me. When I called last week I got ahold of an agent for some reason and they told me they would call me back later that day. I'll try again, but regardless, I should have received a response by now in my mind.
I'm closing my account with these bufoons. I tried the automated line with no success. It took me going through hoops to get a human being. They are claiming I don't have an account with them. Of course they had me in their banking depratment not their credit department. They attempt to transfer me. I get disconnected. Try to get through again. After several failed attempts, I get to the credit card department. Again, they tell me someone will call me back.
This place is 100% a total and complete joke.

If your Regions CheckCard, ATM Card or Regions Now Visa Prepaid Card has been damaged but is not lost or stolen, you can order a replacement card with the same number by selecting the Customer Service tab, then Order a Replacement Card from the Card Services section. Once you locate the card that was damaged, select Order Replacement Card to the right of that card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the new card to arrive in the mail.
Remember, you can also use the “I want to” menu from many pages to navigate to many common tasks.
