now that i think about it keep util low and i say you'll hit yourgoal socre then you can update your goal score to say "700". 

keep utilization low though which will be hard because 10% of 200 is $20.  i had a $500 dollar card and a $100 dollar card that brought me to 700 fico+.  i think you can do it.  aim high.  join the garden club and maintain great usage of those limits....
