I just got approved for an Express account today using the shopping cart trick but it has taken me months to get it to pop up. So keep trying because it can take many tries tbefore it works. Basically all you do is put an item in your shopping cart on thier web site and then go to the checkout and enter your info, name and address and when you click 'continue' a box will pop up saying you are approved for credit and will ask you to enter the last four digits of your social and your date of birth. Also, I recommend that you enter your address exactly as it appears on your credit report. I think that makes all the difference in weather or not you get the pop up. Example: My credit report lists my zip code as well as the 4 digit sorting code. I had never entered the four digit sorting code in all my other tries but the one and only time I did enter it, I got the pop up. So just make sure your address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit report.
