In the APR section it looks like it says "14.99% to ..." which typically means just marketing and not really a targeted offer.

I don't know if you'll find any DPs as this card is newer and invite only; I haven't seen any approvals.

Interesting they haven't invited back all of the MyFicoer Forum Sallie Mae Card holders? Sure everyone would jump on the 1.25% rewards! Smiley Sad

Re: Sallie Mae Evolve credit card

Although a meh card sure once becomes public people will apply to have another bank under their belt.  Looks like invitation only atm, but sure it will be a public roll out in the not to distant future as I knew you could sign-up to be notiified which I did, but yet to receive an email I believe I did this about 3-4 months ago?

Re: Sallie Mae Evolve credit card

Well, it's a 1.5625% card on the top two categories, so for those without a 2% flat rate....!

  • Salle Mae Accelerate This card earns 1.25% everywhere with no limit. It also gives a 25% bonus on any cash back rewards used to pay down your student loans with Sallie Mae.
  • Sallie Mae Evolve This card earns 1.25% everywhere with no limit. It also gives a 25% bonus on cash back rewards earned from your top two purchase categories each month.
  • Salllie Mae Ignite  This card is meant for students. It earns 1% back on all purchases, and gets a bonus 25%  after making six consecutive on-time payments.

Are the 3 different spellings of "Sallie" meant for a little levity?  I enjoyed that... much more than reading about this cards release of worthlessness.  Smiley Wink

Re: Sallie Mae Evolve credit card

Same here, I clicked on the waiting list and enetered my email in June 2019 and nothing.  I called customer service this week and they said it comes instantly to you email.  I tried 3 different email accounts and no personal invitation code.  Sounds like either they don't know what they are doing or a joke
