OP,

Too soon for Arrival Card. Too risky. Aim for something easier. If you are going to take an inquiry at this point in your credit-repair journey, I would do the following:

1. See how your inquiries are showing on your 3 reports.

2. Try to pick a card that will pull the one with the fewest inquiries if possible.

3. Pick a rewards card that is friendlier to newer users, thinner files and fair scores....like Freedom or Discover IT

Not sure if this helps but, even though Barclays is known for pulling TU, they did pull EX on me even after approval.

Thanks so much, everyone, for your thoughtful responses. I'm going to take your advice and try for something easier to qualify for -- Freedom -- and just Garden that and my DCU Visa until much later this year. Thanks again!
