Does anyone know if target gives you an instant decision on their credit card when you apply on-line?

Most people get the $200 CL red card, then if they like you 5-6 months later upgrade you to the Visa.

yes they do give instant approvals online, although they may only give you a 200limit.  there is talk that after some months they are converting people to target visa's with a higher limit.
