Target REDcard CLI after Mastercard upgrade?

Just curious to see if anyone who got upgraded to the Mastercard version last year (or whenever, it was around August for me) has gotten an auto CLI since then?

Re: Target REDcard CLI after Mastercard upgrade?

I was at $800 limit when I was upgraded to the MasterCard. I’m currently sitting at $4000 limit. I never ask for an increase. I do update my monthly income every other month even if it hasn’t changed. That triggers them to review my account for an increase if it’s there.

Thanks for the reply! Its good to know they are still doing them. I had been getting a $300 increase every 3 months or so until I got to 2500 and switched to the MC version. I also stopped using it as much though and don't do the income updating trick.

Use the card. Let a balance post every time (amount doesn't matter). PIF every time. Update your income monthly, even if it hasn't changed. Repeat.

For those doing the income trick, how much are you updating every time? Have they ever asked for POI?

I put in the same amount every time, when I pay the bill, unless I've gotten a raise. I've never come across them asking for POI here in the forums. (Doesn't mean it hasn't happened.)

Oh, ok. I thought the income had to increase every time you updated. So, based on what you're saying, it just needs to be resubmitted every time.

I also was upgraded to the MC last Aug/Sept timeframe and I haven't received an increase since.   My husband still has the store card and gets increases every 3 months!

I'm curious if they have been upgrading any store cards to MC lately. I don't see any recent threads indicating such.
