dreadfully slowly -- years

use the debit version (or reloadable for those spooked about it connected to your checking) and don't bother putting spend on a card that isn't even that great (considering the debit offers the same thing) and use that spend to build other relationships

Re: Target credit limit increase?

There's been a suggested path to give the best chance of getting an auto-CLI for several years but there is no guarantee of succes.

Use the card each month.

Let the balance report each month and always PIF the reported balance.

Log in online every month and update your income, even if it hasn't actually changed.

Update your income every 3 months. You can leave it the same number, just save it. Triggers a soft pull for a CLI.

a message should pop up saying something along the lines of "if we made any adjustments to your credit limit you'll receive notice in the mail."
