My Total Rewards Card has 25K CL , I got it back in October 2015. I do not think that I will request any CLI soon because 1- I do not need more than $25K to spend on this card, 2- a CLI could be a HP on EQ - 3- Comenity is so disorganize that they need to put their things in order.
I also have a Virgin America, this one is technically new. I only have 16K, but this one I will wait 12 months to get any CLI If i decide to keep it at 12 months mark.

My next CLI for TW VISA is tomorrow. I keep track of this in a little journal so I know exactly when my last CLI was. I'll post how that turns out..
I have the Virgin America card as well but will probably kill it before annual fee comes due. When opening the card they had a deal with getting statement credit after x dollars of spend, that negated the annual fee. With the other cards I have though I just don't see keeping this one open, unless the annual fee magically disappears.
Thanks, someg - please keep us informed! ![]()
Just further evidence of how disorganized Comenity is in general - this morning when my Good Sam statement cut, I received a message when logging in that they were "unable to deliver my e-statement to my e-mail address this month, so they sent a paper statement via the mail. We will attempt to deliver an e-statement again next month."
This happened twice before on a different Comenity card about 6 months ago. My e-mail address has been the same for years. Once I went in and re-entered the EXACT same e-mail address, all of a sudden the e-statement gets delivered.
Their systems are all scrambled, apparently. It's annoying when there is no issue with your e-mail address and they send you messages as if there is.
Has anyone else had this happen? Comenity is weird and they make zero sense.

No soup for me! Guess I'll try again in a few weeks.
They are probably still running MS Mail or Domino for backend email system
( IT geeks will appreicate that, everyone else will think its stupid im sure
)
Congratulations Hum on getting your TR Visa CLI. Looks like you just needed to wait some extra days.
It's like that sometimes with these.
Low and behold Commenity actually gave me a $1000 increase on their own so now 10.5k after 9 months!

I have had a TR Visa since September 2014. SL $3,250. Not a single CLI ever. One of only two Comenity cards. SG Visa is now at $5,250. I have not ditched the TR Visa because it has a major credit card attached and the statement cuts in the first week of the month. It's useful but does not grow.
