Transfer of Amex limits

Not quite having gotten used to the Amex display format offering FICO and all, I am at a loss how to transfer credit limits between two cards online. Do you know? Calling customer service would probably work too? (Yes, it has been a year for the from card and 60 days for the to card.)

Can't do it online.  Need to call

And needs to be 13 statements for the from card (is what I've been told). If that's the case, chat has said they could do it. 

ETA: I should say this was the info I got when I opened my EDP and wanted to transfer limits there. They said the 'to' card they liked to see X (can't remember if it was 60 days or what...don't think it was 6 mo), but the 'from' card there was no budging from the 13 statement thing, which means it's likely due to CARD act. I ended up moving CL from an old TE instead and after lots of bouncing I did it on the phone (but they could have done it in chat).

It worked! She was so sweet on the phone. I am so excited I nearly tuned into the wrong Hallmark on the TV, lol (they're both showing holiday movies).

LOL, I don't have time for holiday movies.  Took long time away from forum, because of work (at least long time for CL duties).  Have hallmark channel, don't watch.
