My checking account is with a Citizens Bank and they transfer to it.I already cashed this month out as a statement credit so I can't post a screenshot but mine literally only has the greyed out option to transfer to a US Bank account (greyed out since I don't have one), statement credit, or for them to mail me a prepaid debit card (which I did the first time for the $25 extra bonus). Have you had your card for a while and maybe you're grandfathered in, while they no longer allow it for others? I got my card in late 2017.
Same for me. I can help out with a screenshot:

I got mine in 2012 and have the same display (on my card without a US Bank account) so I don't think it's a recent change.
@Anonymous When you say they transfer to Citizens, can you do that directly from (something like) the screen above, i.e. your Citizen's account appears as a transfer option?
This is at the top of my favorites list as this month alone was $47 back. Last month was $42 and the lowest I've ever had was $15.
i had a mortgage with them that I paid off in June of last year and closed my checking ten years ago. Dealing with them for checking and mortgage was terrible but I love their credit card.
I have this card but I would probably benefit more from having 2 as questioned by the OP. I think (not sure) other cards (Discover?), even with rotating categories may be of more benefit than 1 Cash+ card unless you have targeted purchases or an excess in one of the 5% categories. It seems difficult to max the 5% on most of the categories. I could definitely be wrong as I assume some out there may spend 2K a qtr in the options.
I was replacing lots of furniture/appliances in 2019 and chose the associated categories. However, the most I can get on the quarterly 5% is $100 per quarter although I spent 5 - 7K+ in the quarters I purchased. Sounds good but for me unless I'm spending 2K on 5% categories each quarter the choices other than my purchases in 2019 did not/does not garner much rewards. The only other category I can assume would come close is electronics. But I agree it's better than nothing. I wish there were other categories associated with 5%. I've never come close to maxing any other category but maybe others can. I use gas consistently for my 2% considering I have 2% groceries with my Savor which that card actually benefits me more considering the 4% on dining and entertainment and my spending habits. I guess it ultimately comes down to your spending habits.

Does this card offer a monthly FICO score by chance?

Have you thought about prepaying things? Something like pay off the cable/internet bill for the year one quarter, gas the next, electricity the next, and then set department and electronic stores for 4Q for holiday shopping? Most utilities will let you pay in advance.

That's a long post/reply for someone that doesn't know anything about this card. Discover is a joke next to this one. How about going and looking at the choices for US Bank cash plus? You should really look at this card as I have yet to meet anyone that does not have electric and water bills and a cell phone bill. These are the ONLY three bills I use this card for that nets 5%.
