My impatience is slowly getting over me
and therefore I would like to ask if anybody has successfully PCd a US Bank card to Cash+ in less than a year time? If yes at which age did it get approved....like 6 months, 9 months, etc.
I know my plan is 1 year but figured I would ask if there could be a slight chance to get my "dream card" earlier....
Yes. I PC-ed a Cash Rewards two months after getting it. But I already had the 5K+ Credit Limit.
Thanks so much. This is an interesting data point. So Cash Rewards would have been the better route to go to Cash+.. I will try again in June, September and December and at the 1 year mark decide what to do with that card. It is pretty useless for gas and groceries as I have 5% cards there already. But the electronics and charities would be cool with 5%. I guess maybe it was not the best idea of mine to try to get a Cash+ with a detour...![]()

Thanks lg. I think you talked me out of it. Maybe Flexperks is a better route for me.
Or apply directly for Cash+ as it has become available online now ? This is what I would have done but I was at least 1 month too early and there was no online apping at that time and phone app not possible for me. ...so patiently sitting it out ![]()
Since US Bank has give me auto luv from 7K to 10,5K on the Perks+ which I never use I decided to ask them again to PC to Cash+ and to my big surprise this time the reply was not "sorry no offer" but "we are pleased to PC".... what? I thought I did not hear right but it looks that 10 months into Perks+ I got in good graces and should have my Cash+ with a small detour soon ![]()
