@addicted_to_credit... what love button? Been a US Bank member for quite a spell and never saw or even heard of such a thing? Where is it?If the luv button is available it will appear on the "Take Action" column of the left side of the account screen. Its currently showing in my $500 CL Platinum account but I wouldn't use it since U.S. Bank makes it clear its a hard pull. I've been maxing out this limit for the past few months so I'm holding out for a auto-CLI.
Because it's US Bank website, I would have expected to find it under "Yahoo Groups" or "Check weather"
🤷
The link doesn't show up for the Cash+ because for whatever reason USB calssifies their NPSL aka VS cards as needing to call in. You can use the link under the Platinum to do a CLI on Cash+ though since the form requests the card # and other info. I just bookmarked it instead of hunting for it under the 365 card.
Yes, the VS shows up as NPSL or Flexible Spending on your CR and USB treats them differently when it comes to a CLI which is absurd. It's just one of their quirks.

It's silly and if you only had a VS or any of the above you would have to call instead of having the form available. I found it odd when I saw the link on 365 and not cash+ which led to the discovery of their oddness on how they handle a VS.
The 5% on utilities is the only reason I keep them around. I got dinged for FTF's when using them on ebay from people that had registered paypal accounts from other countries. Since then they just get recurring bills and autopay. I think mine are abou 18 mo's now and they just sit there an do what they're supposed to do. I don't even use the 365 since the FTF thing... so, unused doesn't seem to be a pain point for them for closing an account either.
Oh you can pay your mortgage through Plastiq but, it's counter productive w/ the 2.5% fee they charge.

Mortgage payments can't be made with Amex or Visa Credit via Plastiq, so it's not an option for the Cash+ Visa.
As far as I know the only U.S. Bank MasterCards are their co-brand cards.
