USAA CLI question

Apart from auto CLI, I just want to confirm that USAA always do HP for customer initiated CLI?

My USAA AMEX has been stuck at $10K for ever.

Yes... HP.  Last time I tried was denied the CLI on my MC but approved for their amex with the same pull

That's correct, it's always a HP and I just did a CLI yesterday and they pulled EQ. In the past they would always pull EX for me.
