Walmart increase question

My 4th statment cut today. Didn't get any auto luv. My question is should I try luv botton online or call or both?

I've tried to call in the past no go tho. My Cl is $300 so can't ever take advantage of promo apr. Or even buy groceries for that matter. Almost always pif, zero bl right now. Tu fico around 625 right now.

i went the chat route &  they informed me to call credit solutions.  i told them i wanted to take advantage of some special financing offers. they asked how much of a cli i was requesting &  i got the 6k credit line i requested.  i would never spend that much at walmart but it sure feels nice to have it.  plus it helps a lot with overall utilization.  i started out with a 400 starting line 2yrs ago.  went to 1200 then 2900 via the luv button,  and now my current 6k via calling credit solutions.    good luck, i hope you get the credit line you request!

EDIT:

I found a number online 1-877-294-7880 for Walmart Credit Services (open 24/7).

I talked to a really nice representative who helped me process a CLI Request.

I was asked for my net income and how much total CLI i'm asking for. 

I asked for $2,000 total credit from $800 and was approved! (Should've said something higher but I was afraid i'd get declined!)

Anyway, the rep told me I can try to get another increase any time and that it'll only be a soft pull against my report.

So maybe i'll just try again after a month or two!!

Have you only had the card for 4 months (4 statements)? If calling credit soultions doesn't work (or trying chat doesn't work), then try the luv button. If none of those things work then wait until you've had the card 6 months and try again. Walmart was my first card when I started rebuilding and I didn't see a CLI for 9 months.

I have had my Walmart card for a month and just went to chat and asked for a $4000 limit. I was approved! I started out with a $700 limit last month.
