Wow, thats strange ~ I have heard that others have had issues with setting up their AutoPay ~ hopefully they can get it worked out for you....
You know, I'm yet to see someone accept the $200 hard limit option. I mean its a low limit, but there's no autopay. I'm sure Amex upgrades it to NPSL at 6 months max. For some reason people keep choosing the autopay $500 limit knowing full well of all the endless posts about how Amex has a lot of problems collecting the banking info and in some cases refuse to honor the counteroffer. Not to mention the fact that it is autopay!

LOL. Let me be the first to speak up then ~ I have the ZYNC, with a whopping $200 Hard Limit !!!
I actually accepted the 200 limit for the exact reason you described - there always seems to be trouble setting up autopay. And for my purposes, there's really not enough of a difference between 200 and 500 to justify the auto pay. I just pay it off when I get close to $200, and keep going...
