"Regular" CSR's aren't trained to know about it (yet). They have been bombarded with questions about it though. No doubt some have sought out info to deal with those calling about it. IT CSR's know about it, but don't tend to handle account details, they tend to handle internet technical questions (like when you have a problem logging in to your account etc). I'm going to guess jo75olds got a seasoned, knowledgable "new account" CSR on the line, as stated, lucky as it gets
I would guess the "new accounts" dept CSR's are getting a lot of calls about this HL online secondary offer.
Just wanted to let you know, they pulled my Credit from Experian AGAIN today (Third Time)
