What CRA does GE SP for CLI's?

If you opened 2 /13 your too early asking for CLI. You need to let 4 statements pass from date of opening then try for CLI.

LS is correct. Your denial will be based on length of time with current credit limit. Which means you are trying to soon- wait a few months and try again.
