No, I just got my cards in September, two months ago. Don't think I can request another upgrade for 6 months though, but I will be trying for CLI's.

After reading about your success, I chatted with them and upgraded my QS1 to a QS. No upgrade offer on my Platinum, though. But I barely use it so I didn't expect anything there.

Saw this thread, did the same for my 2 month old Platinum ... after a CLI last week, there was an offer for PC to the NO AF Quicksilver! So glad I saw this. Looks like Cap One will be getting my general spend! Thanks OP!

This is AMAZING. I don't know what I would do without myfico sometimes. I have had my new Platinum since mid October. First statement cut on 11/6. I just chatted and asked to upgrade to Quiksilver with no AF and they checked into it and approved it! And "Stanley" said it won't affect my credit steps program. Score! I have run about 2000 through this card in the last month and a half. Now I'll be getting something for it!

I did that too. 

No HP.  You get a mutant QS MasterCard instead of a Visa.  While I PC'd my Platinum 2 statements in, I have yet to get a CLI on it. Always denied. Credit Steps ends in January, so there's my CLI anyway. 

Im sure some have gotten 3-4 statement CLI's, my theory is the PC counted. I say...whatever I've got a NO AF QS and it's super special, it's my token MasterCard. Cherish.

Thank my third statement post in a few days. I was able to upgrade today to the QS without the AF.

My barclay rewards is my main daily driver card though so might change my small purchases to capital one for the 1.5x rewards instead of 1x on non catorgries stuff.
