Travel rewards, low apr and balance transfers really... no charge cards

The new PenFed Premium Travel Rewards American Express Card fits all of those criteria, and they only use Equifax.

Im thinking cap1 venture? Discover IT? Amex blue Cash?

Cap1 will pull all 3 reports - I would say very marginal chances, but you never know.

Discover pulled Experian for me - approval could go either way, but I would expect a very low starting line.  Really only useful for 5% cash back on rotating categories (doubled the first year as well as the 1% back on other purchases) and balance transfers.

Amex Blue Cash would be a maybe - I would expect a very low starting line between $500 and $2000 based on your Experian score, but it could grow huge over time.  That would probably not fit any of the criteria you listed that you wanted in a card except for an introductory balance transfer offer.

What citi cards do you recommend?

If you're a casual traveler, Citi TY Premier.

If you're a heavy traveler who stays in hotels, Citi ThankYou Prestige.

Re: What Card Should I Apply For?

I would rephrase that to say If you're a heavy traveler who stays in a single hotel for more than a few days at a time, Citi Thank You Prestige.

Re: What Card Should I Apply For?

Simplicity is great for 0% balance transfers, but once you no longer need it for balance transfers, you're stuck with it.  Citi will not do a product change from Simplicity to any other card.

Double Cash would not fit any of the things you said you wanted in a card.  It's a 2% cash back card.

Discover it I addressed earlier on this page.

+1 on Simplicity.  Other than balance transfers, it would be useless and with your Experian score I don't think you'd be able to transfer much to be honest.  If you are looking for a Citi card for balance transfers, go with the Diamond Preferred.

Good to know and thank you for posting the data points.  Now:

How often do you travel?

Specifc hotel or various?

Specific airline or various?

I'm assuming you want the BT card to transfer some of your 22% UTL?

Capital One (as others stated) will pull from EX, EQ and TU - If approved, this will likely give you the highest CL you're looking for.  Venture does have balance transfer offers as well. Card has an AF, but it is not as high.  If you use different hotels/airlines, this is good because you can credit travel charges wtih the miles.

The other option would be Chase CSP - Again, if you use different hotels/airles, you could transfer your points to those.  Look up the partners to make sure your hotel/airline is included. You can also use the URs for cash redemption.  This is a signature card, will have to start at $5k CL.

Both above are flexible and great cards with great benefits for car rentals as well.

The DC fits the balance transfer requirement, as it's typically for 18 months at 0%.

The DC is the second best card Citi offers, even better than the TY Premier. 2% back + 0% for 18 months is an awesome deal.

I'm not sure where you're getting that the Diamond Preferred is any better than the Simplicity?
