Hi everyone! I've been wanting a Discover card for quite some time. I applied in August and was denied. I am thinking about applying again. Here's a little bit of info. I have 4 Capital One cards including 2 Quicksilvers, One Venture One, and one regular Venture. I have a Walmart store card, Victoria's Secret store card, HSN card. AAoA 2 years. 679 TU, 673 Exp, 662 Equifax. Utilization 22% Bk 7 1.75 years
Pretty much all of my util is on my Venture One. Utilizing 0% til May.
Do you think I have a shot? Thanks everyone!:-)

Equifax.. I would wait until > 680 and probably > 700 although dout that will happen anytime soon being 700 with your BK.. Get your scores up a bit more then if you have an Eq HP to blow then you can go for it. For some reason Discover likes people fairly fresh out of BK 7. BTW for best odds as well get your utilization down < 10%

IMHO you might get it, and you might get turned down.
By my calculations, you have a pretty high percentage utilization on your Venture One card.
If I were you I'd try to get my utlization on the Venture One to below 30% before applying for the Discover card.

I'm pretty sure that the reason is that someone who's filed for, and been discharged in, Chapter 7, can't file again for 7 years. So it's actually a safe bet in some ways.
You can google the credit pulls database to see which credit bureau Discover pulls in your state/region.

I would definately wait till 700
Discover is a tough one to figure out. I would wait if I were you. My credit profile is fairly strong and each time I apply for Discover they come back with needing a co-signer lol. Smh. Keep us posted if you decide to go for it.
