well apparently for store cards...EQ 80+, EX 60+, TU 60+...

Do as I say, not as I do though LOL..Im much better at giving proper advice, but not taking it myself, LOLSmiley Wink

Also, depends on the person and their overall credit profile..

Smiley Surprised  Are you trying to catch CreditAddict?  I am guessing you no longer take a hit on new inquiries or new accounts?  Does it even affect your score when you get a new account?

heck NO, LOL!

EQ and TU took the biggest hits over the last two months when all my accts reported. EX didnt at all..matter of fact, it keeps increasing lol.. the brunt of the impact is thankfully over, and EQ and now gone up 5 pts, and TU is SLOWLY bringling up the rear by giving me back 3pts, LOL.. but..Im in the garden, and have been now for a month(tomorrow will be a month)..I have no plans for anything except closing a few of those store cards over the next couple years, and just increasing what I have. Got my eye on a couple cards when all my inquiries are gone. They wil most certainly require recon, but ill be ready for itSmiley Wink

How bad does ones credit report have to look to be a 350? I mean i know some people who really screwed up their credit royally but are still in the high 400s low 500s. What does 350 report look like? lol

I'm amazed that people can get approved with so many inquiries... I'm particularly interested if people can still get approved by lenders (U.S. Bank, BoA, LFS, etc) that pull the secondary bureaus like ARS/SageStream-IDA who compile inquiries across TU, EX, and EQ.

Also, I can't imagine how unpleasant a recon call with any bank would be... Is it possible to still be instantly approved with so many inquiries?

Lol imagine a recon call:

"Well it says here sir you have 2,141 inquiries...."

"Yes, so about that reconsideration."

Id like to do a sample recon of that, LMAO!!!

"can you tell me why you have over 2000 inquires", and 80 new accts?

me..'why is everyone so scared of HP's? Its just an "inquiiry"! LOL!!

Re: What are the most inquiries you can have and still get approved?

Ive actually seen a report that scored ~342 on the EQ04 scale of 334 to 818.

I believe it had two state tax liens, two foreclosures, several reposessions (auto loan chargeoff with high balance), about 8 charged off CCs, all with the appropriate 30, 60, 90, 120 day lates leading to chargeoff.

Is their any repairing that CR? Or should that individual just stick to cash for the rest of their life?

Pay their taxes and hope the creditors dont get default judgements...

Or BK7 and start picking up the pieces.
