What are the notoriously hardest to get approved for No Annual Fee credit cards?

Anyway thanks everyone for your thoughts.

Your responses made me realize I pretty much receive the "value" I need from the "select" CCs I already have and there's nothing really I am missing out there in the CC world which are accessible to me.

I pinch pennies, haha, so cash back cards are great for me. I prefer cards theat reduce my monthly spend. That doesn't appear to be your game.
