What are your 2020 Goal Cards?

Re: What are your 2020 Goal Cards?

BBP will probably be the only card I obtain this year. Establish business credit with my side hustle. And downgrade to AMEX Delta Blue in June if that counts.

I fall under 5/24 in December. Unless I get a preapproval to get around 5/24, I’m in the garden until then. 2021 will be a fun year for me. Smiley Happy

And I highly doubt it I’ll make it all the way through 2020 without accepting an Apple Card offer. 😂
^^^ I understand this entirely!!^^^ That $7500 SL just keeps calling my name, but I'm gonna resist! I don't need the card at all, but it's decent SL and that all white titanium card is just plain sekzy! Smiley Happy As far as my goal cards go - After gardening I want to get a new 2% daily driver and I'd love to get the Cash +. I eventually want to get cards with a couple of the of the big CU cards in my sig. I'm thinking I'll probably go for NFCU first, but I'm not sure. I want a 2% card, and it seems like the Alliant Platinum Rewards would be the easiest to get at this point. I want the Flagship card, but others have mentioned that it can be tricky to get one from NFCU right out of the gate. Decision making on any of these cards would be so much easier if everybody gave prequals with SLs like that d@#n Apple card! Smiley Sad

Re: What are your 2020 Goal Cards?

I already grabbed mine.  BECU Visa for balance transfers (actually did it early the last week of December) and Amex Business Platinum card.

Other goal would be Chase Marriott whatever the $95 one is called, but I am over 5/24 and have never had a green check mark offer for any cobranded cards other than United.  If it appears, it's mine.  Otherwise I'm done for 2020.

Re: What are your 2020 Goal Cards?

I'm going to be 5/24 with AU on Feb 1, so I'm hoping to grab one more Chase card before I finally move onto less strict issuers. Unfortunately I can't decide if it should be Amazon Prime or World of Hyatt. Otherwise the Schwab Plat will be this year for me as well.

Hopefully it does for you soon. It was on mine for like 2 months. Of course, now that I actually decided to get it, it disappeared.

Cash+ and Freedom. A 2% card to replace my PayPal (probably gonna be the DC). Other than that, I've pretty much gotten everything I wanted.

I may try Langley again but the name of the game this year is trim the fat.

Ollo Optimum, but it's like a Dec 31, 2020 goal haha.

Yeah I want this one too but realistically I don't think I'm going to get targeted for it.

My 2020 Goal card is the US Bank Altitude Reserve. Might go for it in Dec 2020 if I can garden that long. Smiley Very Happy
