I know that AMEX will do soft pulls for CLIs, is there any others? I havent had any auto CLIs on my Citi, Discover or Chase cards in 6 months to a year, so i was thinking of requesting one, but dont want to add another hard inquiry to my report right now.
Looking at your signiture, I know Discover and Cap 1 are SP. Some people push the Discover luv button like it's a video game For Cap 1, you can request a CLI 6 months after you've received your last one. Judge it accordingly if your declined for an increase from them.

Out of those 3 I believe Discover is the only one that does SP for CLI's. But I will let others chime in about Citi and Chase as I don't have those cards.
Citi also does SP CLIs every 6 months.

Chase is HP for any customer-initiated CLI requests OP. Citi can be SP if the following language appears on your account when requesting a CLI. Otherwise, it will be HP (or if you request more once the SP CLI is approved).
Cap 1, Citi, and Disco for the cards you already have.
The last CLI i had from CapOne was a year ago so i pulled the trigger and was denied because for some reason they are using 3 month old data, which is before i did some major cleanup on my report and boosted my score.
Discover was approved for $300. Yay i guess?
Citi for some reason dosent have the CLI request on thier website, but it is on the app, which i did and it gave an option to continue as a soft pull and would ask if they wanted to do a hard pull, and then denied for unexplained reasons, which i assume is the same reason as cap1. So i guess ill garden for the next 6 months and try again later.
