What does this mean from synchrony bank ?

I went to login to my lowes account and it stated that my account is not eligible for online access. I checked all my other accounts from synchorny bank and all have the same problem, so I called one of the number that it said to call and the dude tells me that you will be receiving a form that will need to be filled out and sent back in and can take up to 30 days to access my online account again. Has anyone had this happen? What is the form?

Sounds like your accounts are frozen until you fill out and return their 4506-t tax transcript request. Are your accounts new and all opened during same timeframe?

They were opened over a year ago not all at once but some one month some the other. Just opened up 2 last month

Roughly how many accts. with Synch. do you have? They seem to be targeting people who have opened up a lot of accts. within a short time frame as Baller implied---and possibly asking  for a lot of CLI's.
