My highest limit is a 5 yr old Providian/WAMU card that started at $1500 and grew to $12,500 in less than 3 years.....It stopped growing after WAMU took over Providian. WAMU did give me a new $6000 limit card though.

Yes, I COULD!!!....Which is EXACTLY the reason I carry the low limit Cap Ones!!! Not much damage I can do with those!!!!
I have an open BofA LOC with which never get used so I guess its CL is 0 by default.
2400 Chevron GEMB card. I dont know what the CL was when I got it since it was back in 84.
