I was approve for Paypal Smart Connect a few months ago...Three statements have cut - September, October, November...September being an 8 day billing cycle if that matters...?
When can I request a CLI? Should their be a LUV button somewhere when I log in?
There is no CLI "love button" for the PayPal SC. Since PPSC is also part of the GECRB family, it follows very similar guidelines as other GE cards for the 1st CLI (customer-inititated) requests, which is usually after your 4th statement.

Ok cool. So ill be sure to do it that day it cuts. :-)
Do you have to call I guess?
I called and used the automated system for a CLI. They countered with a lower amount and I accepted it without a HP.

+1
You can talk to a person or request it via the automated system. Aim high!
There used to be one that would show where spending power is. It hasn't showed up for awhile so you have to wait for 4 statements and call. An 8 day statement may be to short. If declined try on the 5th its a soft pull.

I have an Amazon store card that i got late August...no statement was generated for the 1st month (September) since i didnt buy anything i guess?
I have an October and November statement showing because i made purchases and recorded a (small) balance...does that count as 3 months still or only 2 as far as hitting the 4 month mark for CLI?
