I don't think OP intended to displace CSR.

 

All I can see if OP can use a double cash, but I am confused of the demand for a "top tier card", which itself is an unclear term.

Is the Santander Unlimited Black card available anymore? It was MC IIRC.

Santander stopped issuing new cards in the US in April because of an issue with existing customers being charged a higher interest rate than was listed in card agreements.  No announced timeline as to when they will resume.

That card does require you have a relationship with HSBC to the tune of a mininum $75K in deposits,  $500K home mortgage,  or $5K/month direct deposit to qualify to apply.   HSBC is also known for conservative CC limits.
