You'll get a lot of varied responses to your question, methinks; some really like BoA, others (like me) can't stand them.  It's all subjective, depending on the relationship that exists between you and/or the bank(s) you've mentioned.

I have a long-standing relationship with both Citi and Wells Fargo and they've both been pretty decent for me - some absolutely HATE WF with a passion and wouldn't go near them with a hundred foot pole.  All depends.

I think out of your list, I'd stick with either PNC or BOA. I don't personally like BOA, but they have more lovers than haters. PNC is pretty good from what I hear -- a few family members have accounts with them and never have an issue.

Don't even go near Wells Fargo IMO. Lots and lots of complaints!

Citi can be ok, I don't know much about how they are with a mortgage, but they are generally pretty decent with customer service  on their CC's. (at least, the EO is).

And none of them for a mortgage.  Go through an internet broker.

I have Wells Fargo and they are pretty decent. I had a CC with them but it only gives 1% cash back rewards on everything. Why don't you try with your local Credit Union? They seem to give a lower APR than most big financial banking like WF or BoA.

None of the above..  Build a relationship with a CU.

What are you looking for in a CC? You don't need an account/relationship with one of the big banks to get their CCs (although many say it helps with Chase). BoA seems to be hit or miss (my boyfriend has them and has no complaints); I've heard horrible stories about WF though...I guess it depends on what you're looking for. One of my former bosses had BB&T and hated them. I recommend Chase (I like them at least) but they're not on your list! CU might be a better bet if you're looking for good rates on loans.

I wouldn't deal with any of them in regards to loans or mortgages....go to a credit union for that!

CC business, I would stick to BoA on that list

Chase for CC. Mortgage and loans DCU. So I vote for neither of the lenders on your list.
